Measuring is knowing

meten is weten

MEASURING IS KNOWING!

Is something clean because it doesn't look dirty?
At a time when viruses, fungi and resistant bacteria turn out to be solid enemies, we know better.
Not everything that seems clean turns out to be really clean… It can even be so polluted that we can become seriously ill and, in the worst case, die.

Hoe weet je dan of iets schoon genoeg is, als je het niet met je ogen kan onderscheiden? Het antwoord is: “METEN IS WETEN!”.

Exinfect helps with measuring!
We measure the RLU value with an ATP Luminometer. A mouthful to say that we can detect the presence of living microbiological organisms and express it in a value.

These values can provide insight into the effectiveness of your cleaning or disinfection. It helps to implement, maintain and control a particular standard. But more importantly, it helps in providing a safe environment for employees, visitors and customers.

Do you want to do a check measurement with regard to your cleaning? Please feel free to contact us. We are happy to help you.
Would you rather do the measurements yourself? Which can! The ATP Detector is for sale in our webshop.

ABC of mouth masks

ABC OF MASKS | WHAT'S AND WHAT'S NOT TO DO

There has been extensive discussion about the effectiveness of face masks against Covid-19. Since the spread of the virus via aerosols is seen as the greatest danger, the mouth mask is now established and almost indispensable. The face mask is of little value if not used properly. Proper use is in all cases combined with a distance of 1.5 meters from another person from a different household. Here are some reminders about the correct use of face masks:

What masks

DO

Mask fits well on the side of the face, without gaps

Mask has a nose clip to prevent air escape

Complete coverage of your nose and mouth

2 or more layers, easy to breathe through, even with washable masks

DO NOT

Mask with valve or vent

Mask that is difficult to breathe through, for example vinyl or with covering printing

Alleen een “faceshield” is niet afdoende

How not to wear your mask

Under your nose

On your forehead

On your chin

Around your neck

Only on your nose

Dangling on one ear

Children

MANDATORY FROM 13 YEARS

Make sure the mask is an appropriate size for children

NOT FOR CHILDREN UNDER 2 YEARS

No mask for baby and toddler

How to handle your mouth mask

WEAR UP TO 3 HOURS

Wear a mask for up to 3 hours and less if breathing becomes more difficult

DISPOSE OF IN TRASH

Face masks are not good for the environment and clog up the sewer, only throw them away in bins

How to take off your mask

Carefully remove the mask by removing the elastic bands from the ears

Only touch the straps and not the mask itself

Fold the outer corners together

Wash hands thoroughly immediately after taking off
